Bhagya Rekha, PhD., the CEO of the company, is a scientist and a manager, with years of experience in the Quality Control lab of the pharmaceutical industry, bringing deep expertise of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in collaboration with our software team drives to deliver end-to-end development of the LIMS application. The software team includes developers who design, code, and maintain core software features, supported by project managers who guide scope, timeline, and resource planning, and product owners who represent user needs and prioritise development efforts. Quality assurance engineers and testers rigorously validate software to maintain high standards, while UI/UX designers enhance usability and experience for laboratory professionals.
